1/4    CUP DRY VERMOUTH

   3    TBS  HONEY

   2    TBS  CIDER VINEGAR

1/2    TSP  FRESH GROUND GINGER

    1    LAR.  FINELY CHOPPED ONION

    2    LAR    GARLIC CLOVES

 

 

CROSS-CUT BOTH SIDES OF STEAK 1 INCH APART 1/8 DEEP

 

PLACE ONE OR TWO FLANK STEAKS IN MARINADE, THEN GRILL TO PERFECTION
